Hi Everyone,
First I want to say thank-you for volunteering to be photographed by me. In the sign up form I asked everyone to tell me why they would like to be involved in these portrait sessions and I got a lot of amazing responses, thank-you for taking the time to share your reasons with me.
As you know i have 20-30 portraits sessions to arrange, consisting of location bookings, models, make-up artists, hair stylist and photo assistants when possible, these shoots have a lot of people to organize and each one is important in reaching the end goal so I thank-you for being a part of that.
The portrait sessions are stating next week and a majority will be happening on Wednesday and Sunday mornings starting at either 9am or 10am, depending to what the shoot will be.
Over the weekend I will be finalizing my idea boards for your individual shoots, using a free service called Trello. I will be sending you all individual links to your shoot so you can start preparing, by either getting accessories, clothing or familiarizing yourself with the theme.
The trello board will be used by everyone involved in your particular shoot, so it is important that you sign up for a free account to have access to it.
Please remember that ALL MODELS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A MODEL RELEASE, and I will not shoot a single image without this being signed.
For your review I have posted the release form here, please take the time to read it and make sure that you understand and are comfortable with the terms, if you are not, please let me know as soon as you can and I will remove you from the calendar .
Below are some general guidelines for you regarding what you can do to get ready for the shoot.
